  • We’ve been in the remodeling industry for 10+ years. We began our work in Saratoga County, NY, but now proudly service Connecticut.

  • We do not typically use subcontractors unless it is required for electrical or plumbing compliances within each town or county.

  • We understand your wants and needs may change and are happy to accommodate any change requests after work has started. Changes to a project require a signed Change Order

  • We are pleased to offer a workmanship warranty for up to 18 months from the time of project completion. We will work with you to assess the issues, but cannot guarantee the warranty will apply in all cases. 


    The workmanship warranty includes, but is not limited to:

    • Failure due to faulty installation

    • Damaged material at time of installation that was not signed off on by the client

    • Errors done by the contractor or subcontractor that lead to damaged or hazardous results

  • Reference for past work can be given as requested.

  • A project that is estimated to be completed in 2 weeks or less requires a 50% deposit at signing. The final payment will be due at the completion of the project. 


    A project that is estimated to be completed in more than two weeks will be broken into multiple stages. Generally, a 30% deposit is required at the time of signing. Remaining payments will be broken down in the contract specific to the project's work schedule.


  • Timelines vary by project and range depending on the complexity of work. General timelines can be referenced below. Please note these are estimations and exclude time for the design phase and any potential change orders. 

    • Full kitchen remodel: 8-12 weeks

    • Full bathroom remodel: 4-8 weeks

    • Tiling a shower: 2-4 weeks

    • Full basement, frame to finish: 3-5 weeks

    • Typical single exterior door: 1 day
